Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

Pherywala follows a strict no-refund policy. No monetary refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed, including cases of order cancellation, incorrect orders, or change of mind.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Original tags, labels, and invoice must be intact.
Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
